Servings
1 pan (about 8–10 bars, depending on how you cut them)
Ingredients
1 ½ cups Catalina Crunch (any flavor you love!)
½ cup PBfit powder + ¼ cup water (mixed into a paste)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
Optional: Dark chocolate for melting and drizzling on top 🍫
Prep Time: 5 minutesChill Time: 1–2 hours
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the PBfit paste (made by mixing powder with water), honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in the crushed Catalina Crunch until everything is evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly and evenly into a prepared pan.
If desired, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top for a little extra indulgence.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until the bars are firm enough to cut and enjoy.
