Protein-Packed Fluffy Oatmeal

f my go-to morning meals because it’s quick, nourishing, and a little bit like having dessert for breakfast (without the guilt).


By stirring in egg whites, you get an incredibly fluffy texture—almost like cake batter oats—while sneaking in extra protein to fuel your day. Top it with fruit, nut butter, or anything you love, and you’ve got yourself a wholesome, balanced bowl.



Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • ⅓ to ½ cup liquid egg whites

  • Splash of honey

  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax for extra fiber

Prep Time: 5 minutesCook Time: 15 minutes


Directions

  1. In a small pot, combine oats, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3–5 minutes until the oats soften and thicken.

  3. Reduce heat to low. Slowly pour in the liquid egg whites while stirring constantly (this helps prevent clumping).

  4. Continue stirring for 1–2 minutes until the egg whites are fully cooked and the oats turn nice and fluffy.

  5. Remove from heat and top with your favorites—fresh fruit, a spoonful of PB Fit, a drizzle of honey, or even some crunchy granola.
