My 5x5x5 Method
One of the biggest habits that has helped me lose 70 pounds twice and maintain my weight loss is keeping meals simple. That's why I created my 5x5x5 Method—a flexible way to build balanced, satisfying meals without overthinking what to make. I choose one protein, one carbohydrate, and one vegetable from a list of five favorites in each category. With just those combinations, I can create 125 different meals, which keeps things interesting while making meal planning and grocery shopping so much easier.

Effortless Meal Planning
It takes the guesswork out of healthy eating, helps me prioritize protein and whole foods, and makes it easy to feed my family meals we all enjoy. I don't believe healthy eating has to be complicated—sometimes the simplest systems are the ones you can stick with long-term. This method can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
